Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Minitoe (PHOTOROOSTER STUDIOS LLP), we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our clients.

  • 1. Booking & Payments

    A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your session. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the scheduled service.

  • 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of booking, only if the session hasn’t been scheduled or initiated.

    Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. If Minitoe must cancel a session, clients may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date at no cost.

  • 3. Refunds

    Booking fees are non-refundable once a service is confirmed.

    Refunds are issued only if:

    • The service was cancelled by Minitoe and cannot be rescheduled, or A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • 4. Service Quality

    Photography and creative services are subjective; refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with artistic style, poses, or image preferences. However, we’ll make every effort to resolve any service concerns promptly.

  • 5. Governing Law

    This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
